1. Return Policy
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products. Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the product and packaging. Our team will verify the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered cosmetics and skincare products are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law. Products ordered by mistake or due to a change of mind are not eligible for return.

4. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be initiated within 1–2 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. COD Advance Payment Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for direct orders only, with a ₹99 advance payment required.

The ₹99 COD advance payment is non-refundable if the customer refuses to accept the delivery or fails to receive the order. However, this condition does not apply where a refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws or where the failure is attributable to the seller or courier.

6. Courier Issues
If your order is lost, damaged during transit, or affected by a courier issue, please contact us. We will verify the details and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

7. Out-of-Stock Products
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you and offer a refund for the unavailable product or an alternative with your consent.

8. How to Request a Return or Refund
